The long-lasting effects ineffective leaders have are detrimental: mentally, emotionally, physically, and a distrust in future leaders & organizations. I speak to raise awareness around what leadership is and what leadership development is in order to educate and inform with the goal of normalizing leadership development. When leaders are developed, they are highly effective. When they are highly effective, they thrive, their team thrives, and the organization thrives.
