Helping people is what I love to do. Ineffective leaders and dysfunctional workplaces are the main reason people leave organizations. The long-lasting effects ineffective leaders have are detrimental: mentally, emotionally, physically, and a distrust in future leaders & organizations. I speak to raise awareness around what leadership is and what leadership development is in order to educate and inform with the goal of normalizing leadership development.
