How can I refer you? It's easy.

  1. Think about the people you know who work at a mid-size company (200-5,000 employees). Scrolling through your connections on social media is a great place to start, and they can be anywhere in the world. (The beauty of remote work, am I right?)
  2. Reach out to that person / those people and ask if you can make an introduction to someone you know and trust, that you believe could be a good fit to help them become more effective.
  3. Put us both in an email (amber@awcoach.co) and make your introduction. I’ll take it from there! If they’re interested, I’ll schedule some time to get to know them better.
